THIRD AND LAST TEST MATCH OF HISTORIC ENGLAND TOUR OF PAKISTAN
In this match, being played at the National Stadium in Karachi, the national team was dismissed by scoring 304 runs in the first innings. In Pakistan's first innings, Babar Azam scored 78 runs and Agha Salman scored 56 runs while Azhar Ali scored 45 runs. Jack Leech took 4 wickets and debutant Rehan Ahmed took 2 wickets for England.
The English team scored 354 runs in their first innings and took a lead of 50 runs over Pakistan. On behalf of the visiting team, Harry Brook scored 111 runs off 150 balls with the help of 3 sixes and 8 fours while Ben Fox played an innings of 64 runs. Pakistan's Ahmed Abrar and Nauman Ali dismissed 4 English players each while Test debutant Mohammad Wasim took one wicket.
Pakistan has given England a target of 167 runs to win. On behalf of Pakistan today, Abdullah Shafiq and Shaan Masood started the second incomplete innings with 21 runs without losing any wicket. Pakistan's first wicket fell on 53 runs, when Shaun Masood got out after scoring 24 runs, he was bowled by Jack Leach. He scored 6 in Tests, 8 in ODIs and 10 fifty plus scores in T20Is this year. Remember that Kumar Sangakkara scored 25 in 2014 while Ricky Ponting scored 24 fifty plus in 2005.
